In the early morning hours of Monday, June 28, 2021 my beautiful daughter Megan lost her battle with mental illness. She was being treated, counseled, and loved fiercely by family and friends while battling depression and anxiety for many years. Meg was only 20 and had so much life ahead. With her illness though, it was hard for her to see that. Mental health is so important and losing my daughter to it has only made it even more of a priority. Suicide takes from everyone involved!
So many are fighting beneath our noses. We have to do better!
